• You must create an account to access certain features of the Service

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

• We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or applicable law
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

• Not contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material

• Not include spam, promotional content, or commercial solicitation
• Not contain explicit, violent, or discriminatory content

• You retain ownership of User Content you post to the Service
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service
• This license continues even after your account is terminated for content that remains publicly visible
• You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license

• We use automated AI systems and manual review to moderate content
• We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Users may report inappropriate content through our abuse reporting system
• Reports are reviewed by AI and human moderators
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

• Post false or misleading discount information
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Submit fraudulent abuse reports
• Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Circumvent security measures or access controls
• Overload our servers or infrastructure

• ClearanceBay offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and access levels
• Subscription details, features, and pricing are displayed in the app and website at the time of purchase
• Features: The features included in each subscription plan may be added, removed, or modified at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
• Pricing: Subscription prices may change at any time. For existing auto-renewing subscriptions, price changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice as required by the applicable app store platform (Apple App Store or Google Play) and applicable law. New prices take effect at the next renewal period after notice.
• We make no guarantee that any specific feature, content, or functionality will remain available for the duration of your subscription

• Payments are securely processed through Square payment gateway
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file
• Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually as selected)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law

• You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through account settings
• Changes to subscription tier will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle
• Cancellations stop future charges but do not provide refunds for the current billing period
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period

• We may offer free trials or promotional pricing for new subscribers
• Trial periods automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled
• Promotional pricing is subject to specific terms displayed at time of offer
• One promotional offer per user unless otherwise specified

• The mobile application displays advertisements through Google AdMob
• Advertisements help support the free and lower-tier subscription options
• Ad targeting may be based on your app usage and general location
• Higher-tier subscriptions may include reduced or ad-free experience

• Feature genuine discount items with legitimate price reductions
• Include clear, high-quality product images
• Provide accurate store location and product details
• Use appropriate categorization for easy discovery

• Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, firearms, or ammunition
• Stolen goods or items of questionable origin
• Counterfeit products or unauthorized replicas
• Prohibited substances or restricted items

• Sexually explicit content or adult material
• Graphic violence or disturbing imagery
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Harassment, threats, or bullying
• Content promoting dangerous activities

• Fake discounts or misleading pricing
• Bait-and-switch schemes or scams
• Price manipulation or deceptive practices
• Non-existent items or unavailable deals

• Duplicate listings for the same item
• Irrelevant content not related to discounts
• Blurry, unclear, or missing product images
• Incomplete or inaccurate information

• Unauthorized use of copyrighted images
• Trademark violations or brand misuse
• Content stolen from other users or sources

• AI Review: All uploaded content is initially reviewed by our automated AI moderation system
• Human Review: Flagged or reported content is reviewed by human moderators
• Abuse Reports: Users can report inappropriate content by selecting "Inappropriate Content" in the report dialog
• Decision Timeline: Most abuse reports are reviewed within 24–48 hours
• Appeals: Users may appeal moderation decisions through the appeals process

• Content Removal: Immediate removal of violating posts
• Warnings: First-time minor violations receive a warning
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations result in temporary account suspension
• Permanent Ban: Serious or repeated violations result in permanent account termination
• Legal Action: Illegal content may be reported to law enforcement

• Users are encouraged to report content that violates these guidelines
• Reports should be made in good faith and for legitimate concerns
• False or malicious reporting may result in penalties
• Your reporting history is tracked for accuracy and accountability

• The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by ClearanceBay
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding elements are protected intellectual property
• You may not use our intellectual property without express written permission
• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without compensation

• Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others
• We respond to valid copyright infringement notices under the DMCA
• Store names, product brands, and retailer information remain property of their respective owners
• Fair use principles apply to product information shared on the platform

• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Location of the allegedly infringing material on our Service

• By using the Service, you consent to our privacy practices as described

• We are not responsible for any losses or disappointment arising from feature changes, plan modifications, or the discontinuation of any part of the Service

• We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Service
• Features and functionality may change or be discontinued at any time without notice
• We are not responsible for third-party service outages or technical issues
• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability

• User-generated content is not verified or endorsed by ClearanceBay
• Discount information may be outdated, inaccurate, or no longer available
• Users should verify deals independently before making purchases
• We are not responsible for disputes between users and retailers

• Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you

• Your User Content or its infringement of third-party rights

• You may terminate your account at any time by following account deletion procedures

• Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination for violations

• If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration
• Class action lawsuits and jury trials are waived
• Some jurisdictions may not enforce arbitration agreements

• Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
• If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue use of the Service

• Changes to subscription pricing for existing auto-renewing subscribers will be communicated as required by the applicable app store platform and applicable law
• Changes to plan features may take effect immediately without prior notice, as described in Section 6.1
